My call was returned immediately, we processed the required paperwork and received our refinance in no time at all. I can't count how many times we had tried to combine our first and second mortgage over about a 5 month period. We had all but given up. My husband and I both finally had steady full time jobs instead of one or the other of us working for commission but we couldn't get anyone to combine the mortgages and lower our payments. Finally we called Pyramid Financial. Even after they said yes we were still skeptical. We had heard yes before only to have the companies come back a week or two later and tell us "I'm sorry we just can't give you the loan you need." We signed the papers in November with our first payment due in January. Now we will be able to enjoy the holidays and start the new millenium off right "Back on Track" thanks to the wonderful people who helped us get our loan at Pyramid Financial.
