Below is a list of some of the information required to process your loan request.
 

• Quick Look this is how you tell us how you wish to use the money. Each partner will need to fill out the Confidential Resume included in this package.
• Personal Financial Statementfrom each partner within thirty days of application.
• Business Financial Statement within 30 days of application.
• Business Statements to cover the last two years, your accountant or tax prepare should have these on file for you.
• Personal Income Documentation for two years, from each partner.
• Any thing you may feel as helpful to explain the purpose of your loan or your ability to repay. Newspaper articles, Contracts, Building plans, Equipment Specs Etc.
