Business Plan - This tells your potential vebture partener the details of your plan. It is best to have this drawn up by a CPA. If you already have a business plan written we can help you tune it for our lenders.
Personal Financial Statement - Once you recieve this from us have your CPA fill them out, unless you are familiar with this type of report.
Two Years Income Documentation - This may be 1040's or W-2's even bank statements depending on the project. (some venture capital deals don't require income doc's)
Busisness Financial Statement - If you need a partener for a going concern, have your CPA fill these out and submit them with the rest of your package.
