With hundreds of lenders at our disposal, we make the process of obtaining financing as painless as possible. With our experience we obtain much of the information required by our lenders up front. This allows the lender to concentrate on approving your and  loan not on asking for more documentation.

Below is a list of some of the information required to process your loan request. 

• Quick Look this is how you tell us how you wish to use the money. Each officer owning more than 19% of the stock will need to fill out the Confidential Resume included in this package.
• Personal Financial Statement from each officer owning more than 19% of the stock within thirty days of application.
• Business Financial Statement within 30 days of application.
• Corporate Financial Statements to cover the last two years, your accountant or tax prepare should have these on file.
• Corporate Tax Returns  to cover the last two years, from each partner.
• Any thing you may feel as helpful to explain the purpose of your loan or your ability to repay. Newspaper articles, Contracts, Building plans, Equipment Specs Etc.
